Current City: Grand Junction, CO. I spent a lot of time moving around when I was younger and lived in California for 7 years. I actually still to this day remember riding my Scooter on the Boardwalk in Venice Beach while my Mom Roller-Skated and seeing all of the amazing Fitness Works of Art Training in Muscle Beach! I KNEW that would be me someday!
Years Training: I have been involved in Fitness since I was 5, I started doing Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, and Leg Raises every night before bed! I haven’t missed longer than a few days in the Gym in 20 years! I have been involved in or played every Sport out there, including Football through the Division II College Level!

Training:
Favorite Type Of Training: I love anything that is INTENSE and pushes you farther! I enjoy blending Training Modalities to be able to look the part, function at a high level, be strong, feel amazing, and be healthy! You CAN have it all!
Favorite Body Part To Train: Back!!! I always say that you can tell a lot about a person just by their Back!
Favorite Exercise: I love Pull-Ups and their variations! Wide-Grip, Weighted, Clapping, Jumping, Underhand, Overhand, etc… Just an overall GREAT movement no matter who you are or what your Goals may be!
Rep Range: Typically 8-12, but you gotta’ mix it up!
Number Of Sets: Usually 3-4
Typical Workout Duration: 45-90 Minutes depending on the Goal! I love to GO HARD and KEEP IT MOVIN’! INTENSE is the name of the game
Favorite Type Of Cardio: I DESPISE the word Cardio and prefer the term Conditioning
Anything that is intense and interval based; Sprints, Tire Flips, Stairs, Hills, Sled Drags, Bodyweight Circuits, Plyometrics, and LIFE!
Training Split: I’ve done and tried practically EVERYTHING, currently I train each body part 1-2 times per week and blend in high intensity, functional conditioning workouts!
Typical Daily Eating Plan: I LOVE the way I eat and it allows me to feel amazing while being Healthy and Performing at a High Level! I also really enjoy cooking and showing others that eating Healthy can be fun and taste great!
7-8 Meals Per Day
High Protein at EVERY meal
Healthy, Low Allergy, Low Glycemic Carbohydrates in the morning and around Training
Healthy, Essential Fats, with a lot of vegetables at other meals
I always have a Post-Training Recovery Shake
I also find it VERY important to mix foods up, be creative, and focus on health!
Favorite Supplement: Supplement use is an essential part of any successful Fitness Regimen! My favorite supplements as of now would have to be MAN Sports™ Clout™ and Body Octane™, these two products allow me to constantly be recovering and ready for WHATEVER is thrown my way! I take one serving of each 5 hours before Training and again 30 minutes prior! On hard Training Days I will add in an additional serving of each before bed! I love how I can actually feel the difference within minutes, yet it lasts for hours!
Q & A and Interests:
What Peaked Your Interest In Training? My parents were and are both still very active and healthy; so I learned from an early age the importance of Fitness! Seeing that by adhering to the 3 D’s; Discipline, Drive, and Determination ANYTHING is possible is truly Life Changing! It has amazed me how Fitness and Training mirror everything else in life and that we truly have NO LIMITS, except those that we place on ourselves is what drives me every day to new heights!
Who Influences/Influenced Your Training? My biggest influences in life are those that live their lives and use their Gifts and Blessings that they are given! Seeing someone with True Passion no matter what it is, is truly an inspiring thing to witness! I think of Fitness and Helping others as Gifts that I was given and I feel blessed every day to use them!
Sports: I have played or been involved in nearly every sport, including playing Football through the Division II College Level! I absolutely love being an Athlete!
Special Interests: I love learning and never want to stop! Not a day has gone by in 20+ years that I haven’t researched and applied new philosophies and methods! My main interests are; Motivation, Business, Training, Nutrition, Firefighting, and Philosophy!

What Keeps You On Track Towards Reaching Your Goals?
